The tree sponsorship programs described herein are offered, owned and managed by Scripted Existence, Inc., an Illinois corporation. Its principal place of business is 737 West Roanoke Court, Palatine, Illinois 60067. It is owner of the service marks identified as follows: Arbor Revolution. |

The sponsor is a for profit corporation. The program which it has developed is designed to further its mission to aid in the reforestation of Urban America. The sponsorship program allows an interested individual to aid in this mission through a nominal purchase of a tree sponsorship. |

For each tree sponsorship sold, a tree seed and/or hybrid cutting will be planted by the sponsor on lands which it owns or leases. All plantings will take place within three years of the date of a tree sponsorship purchase, absent acts of God, calamities or other events beyond sponsor’s reasonable commercial control. |

Sponsor will maintain a master log book which identifies the specific tree seed planted for each tree sponsorship sold. The location of the sponsored tree will be made reasonably available to each sponsorship purchaser. Reasonable access upon advance notice will be provided to any sponsorship purchaser who wishes to physically visit the tree planted under its sponsorship. |

Each tree sponsorship purchase is intended to span a period of three years from the date the tree is planted. During said term, sponsor agrees to not only plant a new tree seed as described above but will also take reasonable steps to water, prune and otherwise manage its tree plantings in conformance with good forestry management practices. At the end of the three year period each tree planted pursuant a tree sponsorship will be merged into sponsor’s general tree inventory, absent a request by a tree sponsorship purchaser to renew the sponsorship for an additional five year term. |

At the end of the initial three year term, absent a renewed sponsorship it is likely that sponsor will begin an orderly harvesting program to be managed by itself and/or its appointed agents wherein the trees grown from seeds or hybrid cuttings will be transplanted in furtherance of its efforts to reforest America’s urban areas. |

In conjunction with the tree sponsorship program, each sponsorship purchaser understands and agrees that they acquire no title to the tree being planted nor in the real estate in which the tree has been planted. No sponsorship purchaser acquires any equity interest in Scripted Existence nor its affiliates as a part of the purchase. |

The term “tree sponsorship” is defined herein as a contract between the tree sponsorship purchaser and Scripted Existence, “the sponsor” wherein the latter agrees to plant a new tree seed, and to take steps to reasonably cultivate same in exchange for the agreed upon consideration set out in the tree sponsorship document. No other rights or obligations are established or implied. Sponsor makes no guarantees of success in being able to cultivate new trees for use in furthering its mission to reforest Urban America. Sponsor is providing a service to each purchaser. No goods are being sold. All tree sponsorship purchase transactions shall be deemed accepted and concluded by Sponsor at its corporate office at Palatine, Illinois. The substantive laws of the State of Illinois shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of the contract between the parties. Any claims, suits or actions to be asserted by a purchaser must be brought against Sponsor in a binding arbitration proceeding before the American Arbitration Association at Chicago, Illinois under its contract dispute resolution rules. Sponsor’s total liability for any claim cannot exceed the original tree sponsorship price paid by purchaser. |

Sponsor is not a forester or nurseryman, and makes no specific representations as such to any tree sponsorship purchaser. |

Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter and amend these terms and conditions at future dates without advance notice. |
